Categories group the lines on an invoice. Sub-labels are the small italic note under a line. Start from a template, then edit freely. One per line.
Leave either blank to fall back to the built-in list.
Turn on only what this business uses. Switching one off hides its fields; it never changes invoices already issued.
Who can reach this business, and what they can do. Changes here save straight away — they are not part of Save settings below.
They do not need to have signed in yet — their access is waiting for them. Their address still has to be allowed on this site.
